So, that's some explanation about short message. I think you are familiar with that. When we cannot meet each other face to face, we can send messages through many platforms we have, such as WhatsApp, SMS, Direct Message, Inbox or else.

Are you familiar with these abbreviations? Sometimes we use them in our message, right?

 Short message is a functional text. We can learn more about its purpose from this picture.

Briefly, there are three parts of a short message:

1. receiver 
2. content
3. sender

Now, please take your note and do this vocabulary search. You will find the words on the exercise later. Write them down on your book.
